Barista first
The coffee is exceptional because the people are.
Great equipment matters, but it is the barista who makes the cup and the welcome. Every Leo's Anywhere site is run by baristas we recruit, train and back, so the standard your guests get in your lobby is the standard they would get at our flagship bar in Camber Sands.
The result feels like your space gained a great independent coffee shop, without you having to run one.

We visit, look at flow, power and water, and model what the space can earn so we can shape a partnership built to last.

We launch
We install the bar and equipment, place our baristas and open the doors. You do not lift a finger or spend a penny on fit out.

Prove it, then commit
A 3 month Proof Phase on revenue share shows what the site can do. Then we agree a 12 month partnership at a rate the numbers support.

What does it cost us?
No capex, no fit out and no lease. You earn a share of revenue from day one.
How much space do we need?
Less than you might think: a few square metres plus a standard power supply. Water on site helps but is not essential.
How does the revenue share work?
Every partner starts with a 3 month Proof Phase on revenue share. After that we agree a 12 month partnership at a rate confirmed by the Proof Phase results.
Who runs it day to day?
We do. Baristas, stock, cleaning, maintenance and payments are all handled by Leo's.
