How we use your details

This website is run by Leo's Camber Limited (company number 16602624), trading as Leo's Anywhere. We are the controller of the personal data you give us through this site.

What we collect. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number and the details you share about your space.

Why. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, review your site and discuss a possible partnership. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries you have made.

Who sees it. Your enquiry is processed by our website host so it can be delivered to our inbox. If you enquire through a LinkedIn ad form, LinkedIn passes your answers to us. We do not sell your details.

Job applications. If you apply to join our barista team we collect your name, contact details, postcode, work history, availability and anything else you choose to share. We use this only to assess your application and, if you join, to arrange shifts. We keep applications for 12 months so we can contact you about future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

How long. We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months unless we go on to work together, in which case they form part of our business records.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@leosatcamber.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and advertising. We use LinkedIn and Google advertising tags to measure which of our ads lead to enquiries, and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. These tags set cookies and are only loaded if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, no tracking or advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the foot of each page. We store your choice in your browser so we do not have to ask again.

Advertising partners. If you accept, LinkedIn Ireland and Google Ireland receive information about your visit, such as the pages you viewed, under their own privacy policies.
